The Army Athletics website has yet to post the men's basketball 2018-19 schedule, but CBS Sports has put out their broadcasts schedule (includes both Army-Navy Men's and Women's doubleheader at West Point and Annapolis) so at least the dates for the Patriot League games are probably set. Some of the other P-League teams have already put out their schedules that include the dates they play Army.
Anyway the ESPN page for the 2018-19 Army schedule only has one game listed, and that's a game at Duke on Nov 11.
Army has a number of returning starters and players that had significant playing time last year, so they will have a lot of experience, if not top flight talent. Based on that experience level, it's not unreasonable to expect them to have a winning season. That's if they can avoid their perennial late-season collapse in P-league play.
