Congrats to Tony Coaxum

The former Army cornerback player and coach will be part of the upcoming NFL Pro-Bowl and his Facebook comment says it all.

"What a blessing to have our staff [Baltimore Ravens] asked to coach the Pro Bowl in Arizona. This is for my Pops, a die hard Cowboy fan. I told Michael Irvin I needed to get a pic for my dad. He said "anything for dad!" This is for you Pops."

Both Irvin and Coaxum look like they could still lace them up … well, at least for one down of football. LOL

GBK: Official Visit Weekend (1/23)

There will be several prospects on campus this weekend, that include two players, who if you trust the GBK Crystal Ball on this one, we have a 99.9% confidence level that both will be Black Knights by Sunday. That's OL, Rowan Godwin and DE, Amadeo West.

Who won't be a Black Knight is DT, Jordan Dollerson, who committed to Elon on Monday and was asked by their coaching staff not to visit Army, which of course Dollerson agreed to.

We will more articles, photos and updates surrounding this weekend's official visits.

James & several new commitments for the 2015 class!

As we mentioned, no surprise that this was a huge weekend for Army's recruiting and there are several players that have said yes. We will have articles, analysis and update over the next 72 hours.

Just Get Them

I care less about where we gain a commitment from, and a lot more about the quality of the commitment.
Get a good, athletic, fast, strong or sized FB player that can compete in D-1 in the positions Army needs.
If they are in NY/NJ and they meet the criteria AND we can get them, FINE with me.
Seems to me Coach Monken knows what he is doing.
I prefer to let him do the job wherever he finds the recruit.
