According to the description Webb would be a perfect fit for Army at guard or tackle.. At6/4and297 he certainly would fit Monkens desire to bulk up on the line. He says his priority is getting a great education .Idont see any schools on his offer list that can compete with Army on that score.. He wants to go where they win some games.Army is working hard on building a winning team but it shows how winning can beget winning. 2015 is a very Iimportant year to start building momentum
