Nine more teams became bowl eligible this weekend. 18 teams lost their 7th game and will be staying home.

There are now 72 teams eligible for the the 78 bowl slots.

Up to 15 teams could compete for those remaining SIX slots IF they win their remaining game(s).

- Missouri is banned by the NCAA but is appealing that decision - they may or may not be eligible if they beat Arkansas next weekend.

- Liberty at 6-5 has to beat New Mexico State as they played two FCS teams.

- Michigan State and Ohio are likely to be eligible as they play Maryland or Akron. Colorado, Louisiana Monroe, Nebraska, Oregon State, and Troy have a tough road for their sixth win with games with Utah, Louisiana, Iowa, Oregon, and Appalachian State.

- Remaining teams and their opponents are Boston College (Pitt), Kent State (Eastern Michigan), Mississippi State (Mississippi), North Carolina (North Carolina State), and TCU (West Virginia) have to win for a bowl bid.

Cheer for all their opponents to beat them to give Army a chance for a fourth straight game.
