Hey Army Fans and GBK Subscribers,

As you know, GBK is always attempting to come up with ideas to ensure that during this offseason, but honestly, all the time ... the 12th Knight message board is active, engaging, and interactive.

That being said and again, here we are in June and one thread that we want to start is called "Best Non-Army Football Sports Thing I Saw Today!".

Needless to say there are so many sports-related topics, so this is not a matter of BEST topic per se, but more so what caught your eye and others can talk about it or add their own Best Non-Army Football Sports Thing I Saw Today.

There are a couple of topics that caught my attention from yesterday’s sports activities, but I am going to allow the fans here to chime in first …

OT: Coach Monken didn't get the DEI memo and I'm glad!

It is obvious that when Jeff Monken hires members to his coaching staff, he is looking for the best qualified and that has been demonstrated throughout this time at West Point as Head Coach Monken. Yeah, I know some might not like what I am referencing, but it is real and it is what it is versus what some folks are lead to believe.

The Inside Stuff The Army Football Brotherhood Never Ends – Staying Connected Through Time

Hey Folks, the 12th Knight message board is where the action is and will always be.

However, it is our desire to have former Army players more engaged with the GBK site and more specifically, the message boards.

But equally as important is that here at GBK, we truly embrace and encourage the Army West Point Football Brotherhood. As such, our current article/photo gallery is to ensure that “The Brotherhood Never Ends – Staying Connected Through Time”.

Hence, the starting point is that we have created a thread that is associated with the article itself, whereby former players can create their chatter, but it also open up to the public.

With that being said … what is said and done on the 12th Knight message board, stays on the 12th Knight message board, because much of the content that we attempt to bring to you is what subscribers like yourself pay for.

But if/when former players comment on the non-premium football message board, please feel free to engage with them (e.g. “Hey James, what was it like transitioning from Ellerson to Monken?”)

Our hope is that this take a life of its own, albeit we will monitor the activity and respond when/if needed.
