Rumor has it that the following coaching departures have occurred within the ranks of the Army Black Knights’ Football Program as of January 8th:

• Matt Hachmann, OLB Coach
• Kevin Lewis, DL Coach
• Kevin Corless, Asst. Coach
• Patrick Tresey, Asst. O-Line Coach

My "guess" is that new Defensive Coordinator Nate Woody will surely be looking to bring in some of his own guys on the defensive side of the ball. So, there is strong possibility of more changes. #StayTuned

I give him the benefit of the doubt, but he's not a spring chicken, but this is still too funny.

Gives me mixed feelings.
It looks appropriate for a successful program like Army's.
The costs for the fan seem a bit gilded to me.
Just another thing to make me feel older and crankier.

Back in March, we wondered if DB Michael Cerniauskas would pledge to Army West Point and this weekend he answered that question. Stay tuned as we will have update interview surrounding the Rivals 2-Star prospects' commitment to the Black & Gold.

Mike Williams, '83, died suddenly on May 27th.

He was one of the many great stories in Army football's history. A three-year starter at safety who was a team captain and 3d Team All-American his firstie year. This guy could "lay some hat", as he was a speedy safety in a linebacker's body.

But he was a walk-on who was invited to try out after his plebe year in intramural football where he ran over everyone. Even though we were in the same regiment, fortunately we didn't have to play his company. Every game we did play, we were constantly looking over to watch his ridiculously long touchdown runs. Think of Marshawn Lynch playing intramural football, and that's what Mike Williams looked like. It was really a "man amongst boys" kinda thing.

Remembering all those who fought so courageously during D-Day. Years ago, I had an opportunity to visit Omaha and walk through the American Cemetery – I’ll never forget it.

Now he (Dillon Gabriel) might be one of the top QBs in the nation and only a sophomore
