Trump likes to say the bulk of people in military are great - its the upper ranks you have to be wary of these days.

I recall USMA grad Mark Esper was SecDef during DC riots (60+ Secret Service injured) and he had NG's ammo removed from the city without telling anyone.

The Service Academies (like West Point, Annapolis, etc.) and Senior Service Colleges (Army War College, Naval War College, and the others) appear to be the key gestation petri dishes for the Woke-ing Process that, until now, had captured the leadership and infected the culture of the U.S. Military.

The Service cultures had been devolving into an environment where the strategic plan of the day was painting pinecones, picking up rocks, and attending DEI lectures."

Fair question, but as mentioned, this is a current events/other topics message board and honestly, for those that only want to chat about Army football, my recommendation would be to stay the 12th message board, which is designated for "Army Football" chatter.
