I am really, really excited about Army football this season. I love the optimism on this board and I love hearing the practice reports. There is absolutely no doubt that this will be a good team. I hope and believe that that the CiC trophy will come home. We'll go to a bowl game. And we'll have a great season. But I can't help but think about another season that head great optimism - 2012. We opened with SDSU. We had our whole backfield returning, led by Trent Steelman, the best Army QB in many years. Result? A 42-7 a$$ whipping, not in our favor. I have rarely been as disappointed after a game. I know this is a different season and a different opponent. But I can't handle that type of thing this year. Any chance of a letdown by our boys against Fordham?
