The Army Black Knights wearing their white over black uniforms as they stepped onto the field versus the No. 5 team in the country, the Oklahoma Sooners.
The Black Knights came into the game with a 2-1 record, whereby the Sooners were 3-0.
The contrast in the offenses were clearly worth noting, but then again, you can say that when Army plays the majority of their opponents.
Well, both teams battled and at the end of regulations, the scoreboard was netted at 21-21.
Starting from the Army 25 to begin OT ... the Sooners scored on a touchdown pass from Kyler Murray on their opening possession in OT to take a 28-21 lead.
Unfortunately for the Black Knights, they could not duplicate the Sooners’ 7 points in overtime, and the Army West Point team falls to the 5th ranked Oklahoma Sooner, 28-21.
