CantonArmyFan here...from the Cleveland Clinic. Haven’t posted in months but have followed all of them. I’m battling a very rare autoimmune blood plasma disease which has taken my kidneys down and damaged my lungs. Getting an all day infusion today. You guys at GBK and on the site have so much insight and inside information. Helps keep me positive and motivated. Can’t wait for first game of the 2018 season.
I watched the AN game in a post surgical stupor but did it ever perk me up. Enjoyed the SDSU game at a local sports bar with my sons, one who had just returned from Syria. Now I’m hoping to get to WP with one then for a game. One will already be in South Korea; the other preparing for a deployment to a middle eastern country. They support and inspire me to keep fighting and to stay positive. Army football is back to respectability and is exciting to watch. But the tradition of excellence in leadership and service has never waned.
Go Army! Beat Navy. And I’m going to beat what my wife has now named “the rat bastard.”
