I have to say I'm impressed by how well Coach M. knows his team. He knows every individual by name on both sides of the ball(and not just starters), their strengths, their progression and development needs. I'm positive my HC couldn't have done that. I was a starter for a year and a half before I was sure he knew my name
Very impressive. Not every D1 coach knows his team like that. It's not an accident. That speaks to the level of detail he works at with the assistants.
