It was just the first scrimmage of the summer and there is plenty of work to be done, there were a few young players on offense that played well and caught the attention of the staff.

QB, Christian Parrish; Slotback, Tyrell Robinson, and WR Isaiah Alston.

Anyone see a list of lettermen from 2019? To my knowledge one was never published. If you have can you share?

Second question has anyone seen a complete roster of 2020 team, including the Plebes? ODIA-SIO hasn't posted one yet on GoArmyWestPointSports.com. Don't have any expectations on a Media Guide any time soon.

Any thoughts on real prospective opponents for this year. We have heard there are contingencies upon contingencies.

At least one source says that Middle TN State will play at Army on Sept 4th or 5th. I love the optimism.

If the whole season is cancelled, how about playing one game? That's Army-Navy. Play it on Thanksgiving weekend, either that Friday or Saturday. Players can individually opt-out if they want. For those who want to play, allow one month of practices leading up to that game. I have no idea who would need to be involved in the approval process, other than the two schools. To play that game would be a great service to the country. By that time, we will have been through the COVID pandemic, layoffs, business/church shutdowns, a recession, racial tension, and probably the most contentious election in history. Some of it will still be ongoing. Our country will NEED to watch that game.

Also, our graduating players don't get another shot. THEY need to play the game. Let them do it on a very big stage. Give all proceeds to COVID research or another related cause. Let every college football team in the land send one representative to the game. You get the idea... we could make that game a one-game season of college football. And this country could use it as a platform for much a much needed break from what has been an awful 2020, and a launching pad to a much better 2021.
