The NCAA have giving the ruling on student athletes today. Which help the athletes during there 4yrs while their earning their degree, they want them to get payed. However the smaller colleges can't afford it. But they have 60 days to say yah or nah...
But of course Northwestern players want more, they want a piece of the tv revenue. Hmm this will be very interesting to see how it plays out.

I don't think you understand the news. The NCAA didn't rule on anything, the court did. The NCAA certainly doesn't want the athletes paid (or "payed").

Actually I do understand that ... I was just posting the fact that the NCAA are complying with the ruling. Wrong choice of word in making my claim. .. whoever I'm sure they not happy about the ruling either. And can't wait to see how this going to playout. Northwestern playing hard ball, they want TV revenue.

They are going to challenge the ruling.

Of course they'll comply with the final outcome of court cases. But the final outcome is yet to be decided.

If you were taken to court and the decision didn't go your way, you would continue to fight, wouldn't you? Or would you accept the decision as inevitable?
