Rivals HQ is updating email notifications from the message board and you may see a bunch of email notifications pop up. You can disable this by changing the settings in your preferences. Email notifications can be configured/disabled in their forum preferences, by clicking on their name in the top, right-hand corner of the forum and going to the "Preferences" section, as shown below:
