Any thoughts as to the cause and effect of running sports programs under this tax law when if comes to W-L?
I have always felt this was a significant contributor to Navy's better performance across varsity athletics. But, honestly don't know it it leads to hiring a better Rifle Team coach or the budget allocation gets absorbed by football program almost exclusively.
