The supporting cast is not as strong as is needed to compete at the next level.

I found our ladies didn't seem to be able to get off their feet underneath. It was as if they were cemented to the floor. And they didn't protect the ball very well. But there is no question Minato can play with (or against) anyone. Next year will depend on who steps up to replace Hazlett. I suspect Parker to be the most likely. All in all it was a pretty nice season; some tough losses but some great wins as well.
