I know there has been a few threads here and there with regards to the lack of recruiting in the state of New Jersey by the Army coaching staff. Although I disagree with that notion, let's begin to look ahead to the 2019 recruiting class and what lays on the horizon.
We anticipate that the staff will hit the Garden State hard and defensive line coach Chad Wilt has the responsibility of making some noise in New Jersey.
One school that has tons of talent is St. Peters Prep in Jersey City, NJ. We predict that the Black Knights will offer a few players from that program, especially Chase Jones, who already has some outstanding offers and has picked up several Ivy League offers -- he is a very solid player.
