Senior fullback Aaron Kemper held the distinction of leading the Army Black Knights in rushing during the 2015 campaign with 544 yards (5.4 avg.).
However, that may be all that she wrote for the Cincinnati (OH) native when it comes to his Army football career.
According to our sources, the 5-foot-6, 210-pounder struggled in his 2nd Summer Term Academic Program (STAP) and did not reach the necessary GPA. As a result, Kemper cannot be academically eligible this fall.
The question beyond football per say is whether or not Kemper will remain at the academy.
Looking ahead to 2016, Kemper would have added solid value as a back-up to converted linebacker Andy Davidson, who finished spring ball as the team’s No. 1 fullback.
