I spoke on another thread about Monken, being able to be apart of the R-Day experience. I think it will send off a different mentality for our recruits. For the fact that the coaches are the ones, sitting on their couch asking them to come to this school... Let them get a few minutes of explaining their part in this and what the expectations are as WP ball players... As we know on R-Day it's all military stuff, like football is almost a none factor... I remember it being such a shock to the system, almost changed the mind of my family member day 1.... However does it have to be that intense, it wasn't when they was being recruited (military) staff wasn't there. Ijs can we all be in it together... It will make a difference...
