Anyone else surprised that Matt Giachinta didn’t start

I am always amazed how a non-starter is voted a captain on the team, which is the case with Giachinta.

Unless something changes for the UConn game, he will now be going into the 2nd game of his senior year as a non starter, but co-captain.
